I went to get a medium fade went home looked in the mirror and I look like I got a haircut four days ago. untrimmed not faded right. Cant even put a part in my hair because she did such a slopy job you think for 20 dollers you wouldnt have to come home and re trim around your ears.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.  I went a few weeks ago to get my hair cut and  got a blond lady about 45-50 who seemed to be short tempered and just in a hurry. Sighing while cutting my hair.  I really didn't think much of it, assuming everyone has a bad day.  However last night we took my stepson to get his hair cut and got the same lady.  Wow, she was rude! Making comments like "....well I am not going to do the same  hair cut five times..."  So  this 13 year old kid, who was already nervous to get his hair cut and change his appearance,   was very uncomfortable with the tension she  was causing. Again she was sighing and just seemed to hate her job. This is the last time  I will ever go back to this place.   Kids have enough trouble worrying about their appearance without  people like this making it worse.

Completely terrible. Experience. Ask3d for what is shown in the first photo, stylist immediately criticized my choice saying my hair would be too think and I'd need to hot iron it.

Stylist then cut my hair, added multiple layers in the back which clearly aren't pictured in the shown photo except maybe one short layer on the botto.. On top of it, I paid full price for the cut that supposedly includes hampoo and condition and the lady didn't even wet my hair, and then refused to style it afterwards when asked. Yes my hair was very bad before the cut, but all off my damaged hair was cut off leaving mostly healthy hair after the disappointing haircut. I then had to walk around finishing my errands with goofy hair that looked horrendous because it wasn't styled and I like an hour away so it's not like I could fix it and go back out.

One star. Disappointing cut, and paid for services that did not even happen. I've never had such a bad haircut experience in my life..

One of the women cutting hair botched my haircut pretty badly and when I asked if I cut it more she just rudely disregarded it, so she could go and get to another customer, I hate having thick hair lol.
