The lady is not nice and not gentle. They need to work on their customer service. Also I just went yesterday got acrylics. And today they're already messed up. Was hoping for them to last me at least 1 week for an upcoming date and i already need a fill ( not even 24 hours later) due to not have been done right.  Definitely not coming back here again, I spent $40 on nails I did not like. Very disappointed.

I definitely understand the hard work schedule between only two workers, I was very impressed with their time management all the while still keeping the manicures and pedicures looking nice. I was a little disappointed when I was told my manicure would have to wait till another time but like I said, it's understandable.

I appreciate how they try to get you worked in ad a walk-in. My first experience I wasn't sure if I would go back because my nails didn't even start lifting for 7, yes7, weeks. I was worried about deep damage. But nails grew out fine and had no problems. The only thing I wish they did was nail art, but they do allow me to bring my own polish. I've always been charged the posted price, never more. I'll keep going back.

Came in to get a fill. Was told it would be $20. After he started he said it would be an extra $2 for file and buffer. Said okay and we continued, once he was done he put me on the bar light thing they have and I sat there for 30 minutes while he watched tv in a massage chair and finally the other nail tech came and checked them, they were not dry but she told me to go. She charged me $27 which is $5 more than I was told it would cost. Now I am here a little under a week later getting them fixed because the paint is coming off and there are marks on them from them not being dry... won't be returning.
