This MasterCuts usually has a waiting line that feels like forever and the manager always has an 'I don't want to be here" face. Some of the other barbers are nice, but that does not mean they are good at cutting mens' hair. If you're looking for a nice fade, I would not recommend coming here.

These people butchered my friend's hair. I mean BUTCHERED. One of the most atrocious hair cut disasters I've ever seen come out of a "salon". They charged her full price for this excuse of a haircut and when she called to speak to a manager, the woman who answered the phone refused and told her the manager wouldn't be in until Monday and was rude, short, and told her nothing could or would be done about her experience. I will NEVER go to get a cut at this place and suggest no one else does either. I work at one of the most high traffic retail stores in the county and will be recommending against going to this place to all of my customers. This "salon" should have made it right for my friend and anyone who thinks I'm exaggerating should message me so I can send photos of the horrendous job they did to see for themselves.

Waited around from 700 on to get my hair cut come back after she said 30 minutes not sure her name but has two lip piercings and heavy set. She said come back on twenty I shop back up she says we're closed its past 8 ...

This is the worst cut I have *ever* had in my *entire* 60+ years on this beautiful living blue-green planet. Now I go in search of someone who can *maybe* somehow remedy this terrible awful really-bad messed-up chop-job. That's IT for me with "MasterCuts." Unbelievable. . . ((went around the corner to Tony's & he rescued me...now THAT's a stylist))

So my son and husband went and got there hair cut today. A simple fade husband looked good. My son on the other hand looks like the women had little to no experience. His hair is multiple different lengths and clearly the women could not accomidate his caolic his hair is terrible. I have been getting his hair cut sense he was 7 months old. This is the worst hair cut by far. Then my husband let me know that it was 40 dollars. Ahhhhh! That was one expensive hack job...... im sure she will get better with experience. I just couldnt believe a women of business would allow someone to leave looking the way he did and honestly charge him that much after messing up so badly.. go back to the dummy for awhile girl.
