Bought my Specialized hybrid bike here and had the most wonderful experience. They lead me through the pros and cons of each option pertaining to what I wanted out of a bike . Also showed me some options I could add to my bike to get more fitness out of using it. Really awesome people with so much knowledge of bikes and the cycling experience!

We brought my daughters bike in for a broken pedal (because Walmart doesn't carry replacement parts).  The serviceman searched around until he found something that would work even though the bike was not from the shop.  I really appreciated his help and generosity!

I loved the modifications that you made at my request to my old Gary Fisher bike. I can now ride without getting back aches and I feel so much safer. The time to see that the fit was correct with what I requested was spent in an unhurried fashion. I am not one that rides daily or with any great speed, but I was given quality time and I would refer anyone to your establishment for quality care and attention to detail.

Love the Knowledge they have. The shop is for more advanced bike people, who understand that small business in Maine are not a easy thing to run. The attitude of the people in the shop, are blunt, straightforward. I don't think they should be any other way.

Will always shop local, service is worth every penny. You can not expect to buy a expensive bike, and not have to pay for service they are delicate finicky things.

Just bought my new Mtn Bike, and Looking forward to the upgrade road bike later this year.
