Matt and his team made it all seem so effortless! I was surprised how excited they were for us about the next chapter of our lives. It was such a big decision for us, but appeared it was just as important and meant something to them as well. Our new home wasn't a million dollar deal, but they sure made it feel like it. Thank you!

We used F & B Financial Group to close on our 2nd home, and we couldn't have been more pleased. We were able to close extremely quickly, due to the fact that and Joann and Matt had everything ready for us, and we were able to complete almost everything digitally to prepare for the closing date. Any questions that we had, any scenarios that we thought of.... anything that we needed, they gave us. Without hesitation, I would recommend using Matt Scott for your home mortgage.
