My husband and I have brought my car in multiple times now (unfortunately). However, the employees at Matthews have been wonderful to work with. They are very helpful and their customer service is spot on. If we walk in and there is someone else ahead they always make eye contact and say they’ll be right with us. Love it! They did it today to a gentleman who walked in while they were helping us. Speaks volumes!

This location is top notch from courtesy shuttle to front desk staff.  They stand by their work and are very reasonable cost-wise. We have unfortunately had to use the roadside hazard warrantee a few times ~ always done quickly and efficiently and with a smile.

Total ripoff. The charged me $98.70 to just look at my car for 15 minutes. I just wanted an estimate and it ended up costing what it would have costed to replace the spark plug to have nothing done.
