Black guys rapping every obsenity imaginable while cutting hair that blows in the wind unto pedestrians. Drunks passed out and being taken away in ambulances. Police breaking up fights and making arrests. It is more of an episode of the show cops than a bus depot.

They DO POST FLYERS when there's anything that interrupts services.  Drivers are friendly and try their best. 
Been riding since 2010.

I asked 2 drivers if their route went on WESTHILL BLV. Neither one of them knew the answer.... Why do they drive a route if they do not know street names in such a small city?

This bus line is in SERIOUS need of reform. It all just barely works, and I'm sick of dealing with a cut-rate bus system in the Fox Valley. I shudder to think what got spent on all this highway garbage when it would take so freaking little to fix the transit system.

I'm seeing red, I'm so sick of the bus running by me at absurdly early times. The drivers seriously need a scheduled break between runs or something because this "buying time" crap has got to stop. I've been on the bus when these drivers fly by people standing on the stop because they're in such a damned hurry to get back to the station and piss or fill their water. Their job is to BE ON SCHEDULE, not get done quick. The bus doesn't work if it doesn't run on time, and there is NO EXCUSE to run ten minutes early on the bus. Pull the hell over and wait.

The lines aren't reliable.

Communication to riders is terrible. If they change the route, they usually don't even put up so much as a flyer. They do not deliver VITAL route information in a consistent or reliable way. Like their Facebook and hope you catch the news that your route will be 2 blocks over for a parade or something.
