Gwen is awesome. She really took a lot of time helping me find the right bed for me. Nice lady. I'm bringing my mother to get a bed when she moves here.
TWO WEEKS later: still like Gwen but..... Unhappy with my mattress protector. Made me hot and felt plastic like. Could NOT get my money back. $110 down the drain!  Also.... The fianacing is tricky. 30 % interest rate if you are not PERFERCT for the next few years in paying your bill.😒WILL I do business with them again? Maybe....?

Although Gwen seemed to be nice to us, we did not get the mattress we thought we were going to get delivered to us.  My wife has RA and laid on a mattress that she fell in love with.  It had vibration, head lift and leg lift.  We told Gwen, that is the mattress we wanted; however, we received that same mattress with no vibration, head lift and leg lift.  I do not understand why Gwen got confused or us but we were expecting the one with the vibration, head lift and leg lift.  We call and Gwen, she said that one would be another $1800.00 for that mattress which wasn't told to us in the beginning.  We are very disappointed because we expect one thing and get the other.   Communications was not communicated to us very well by Gwen.  Also, we did not see where she gave us our Military discount.  We will never be back to this store!!!
