I struggle with textures and sleep. Taylor is one of the most understanding salesman that I’ve had the privilege to meet. Although the beds do not work for me, he spent his time ensuring that I made the best decision as a consumer. He let me wander at my pace. He also provided lively, humorous conversation throughout our interaction. It has been much needed this year. This company has an ace, and I’m truly grateful for having experienced this level of service. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
We found Travis to be a thoroughly professional and engaging. He was informative and knowledgeable. He worked to accommodate our needs and time frames. We would highly recommend Mattress Firm and the team at this location. Tracis and Trevor were a joy to talk to and deal with. When the need arises, we will not hesitate to come back again.
We have worked with Taylor there twice now and both times he was phenomenal to work with. He listened to our wants and needs and matched us to the perfect bed. Even went above and beyond finding us one at another store that we wanted to see that wasn't on the floor there to try first. We will go back again if we need anyother bed or bed accessory in the future.

They squared me away in less than 1 hour. We just moved here and my daughter didn’t want the mattress that we originally got with her bed. So to the nearest Mattress Firm we went. Easy to find things on sale, especially during a holiday sale. My daughter is chilling as we speak. I would have gotten myself one too but mine is fairly new. I will definitely hit them up when the time comes.
Taylor was awesome, made sure we knew all options low, high, and within our budget. We checked several locations including on base and found our best selection here as well as delivery for tomorrow. We’ve not shopped for a brand new mattress ever and are walking away with a new king size, adjustable base, and two new exceptional pillows for the price of the same thing mattress only at several other stores. We’re picky shoppers and always check around and this was by far the smoothest experience. Thank you Taylor and also Trevor for the advice, conversation, and service, the wife and I are very happy.
Trevor is awesome. We told him what we wanted, and he showed us all the different options we could choose from. He is very knowledgeable of the products.
