Poor customer service and half the time they get the prescription incorrect and look at you like your an inconvenience when you ask them any questions, and slow service.

Thank the lord for this pharmacy and it's staff. everyone has been very kind and beyond helpful. I drive 30min just to go here because I know I will be taken care of.

I have always received nothing but kindness from the pharmacy staff, and they are very good about keeping in touch with you if there is an issue such as a PA (prior authorization)needed from your doctor. Or anything else that might cause a delay on your prescription being filled. Definitely would and have recommended this pharmacy to friends and family. 5☆☆☆☆☆

I should give this place one star but there’s nothing wrong with the non-pharmacy part of the store. Despite the facetious and disingenuously nice front door greeting, this Rite Aid has poor customer service at the pharmacy. My wife came home crying today because a technician was rude to her and the pharmacists basically dismissed her complaints about the poor treatment. It’s unlikely my wife caused the situation but she may have caused it to escalate. Regardless, if they were a professional outfit with trained customer service technicians the situation would not have happened. The local Walgreen’s is even worse. One of their technicians dropped a medicine dropper on the ground then stuck it in my infant son’s liquid medicine bottle while we watched. Then she gave us an attitude for correcting her. In my opinion, your best bet is the Super Wal-Mart or a Mom and Pop store if you need medicine in Hopkinsville Kentucky.
