It was nice to go into a store where they understood what you were looking for without trying to sell you the most expensive thing in the store. The manager who helped me was very friendly, and got us a good deal. Overall, very pleased with my experience.

I stopped in on my way home from work and I was greeted by Reggie. He helped me pick out a bed that was perfect for me. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the mattresses he was selling. I didn't feel pressured to purchase a bed from him; he was not a pushy salesman. Thanks for the great customer service Reggie!

We started shopping online, but with all the products available and different reviews we had a hard time choosing a mattress. We went in to sleep train and were given advice and information that helped us pick out the perfect mattress.

Never spent so much money on a bed but it was well worth it.  Our Sales Associate, Andrea was very helpful.  She also gave us some tips on how to make the "sheet changing process" easier. Everyone is friendly and knows the product.
