I had an incredible experience and outstanding service at mattress firm. Ryan was very helpful and thorough in his efforts to make sure I found the right mattress. Delivery is quick, and they have a delivery tracker so you don't have to wait around all day! And as a bonus, they take your old mattress for free!

I was verbally told (and I now see the website states) I had 120 days to return my mattress if I did not like it, however my paperwork was stamped 100 days.  I called at 104 days, or something like that and was told 100 days was the limit and there was nothing they could do.  I am now a year into a $2500 mattress and hate it! It is not only too soft for me and I wake sore everyday, but I feel springs in my back, but the sales guys said this bed was not made with springs?! 
I wish I would have fought the 100 vs 120 day policy more.  This is the first time I bought a mattress from anywhere other than Macy's and I will go back to Macy's for my next mattress, which will unfortunately be soon.  Their prices are way better for the quality you get.  I am very disappointed with Mattress Firm and their inconsistent information.  A mattress is a huge purchase!

We were searching for a mattress, and Travis was very kind and helpful. He was not like used car salesman with bad hair like the other guy down the street at the other store. His customer service was the reason we bought from this store.

Travis was really good about getting our financing approved and showed us a variety of mattresses that would work. Great service!

Unbelievable experience! Great customer service with an overly energetic personality! Got taken care of in all the right ways by Travis, the store manager. He made sure that we walked out with everything that we needed and could want in bedding.
