I was very impressed with my experience with mattress firm. The store was super clean and well lit, I was approached by Jacob when I entered and he really seemed to know his stuff and was very helpful without making me feel pressured. We were able to have it delivered much sooner than i expected, and they got there right on time and it went smooth. I loved how the guys set everything up and took away my old bed.

Jacob and Angela were both super helpful and friendly.They both worked hard to get me the best deal possible so that I could leave with the mattress I liked most rather than just whatever they could sell me on. Mattress Firm as a franchise offers a large selection and competitive prices. I recommend it as a franchise and I especially recommend this location given the excellent customer service experience I had.

Angela was absolutely fantastic, wonderful represenative of the company. Has a great personality. She did everything she could possibly do in her power to get us the best possible deal . She went above and beyond . I will and do very highly recommend Angela and Mattress Firm in Glen Ellyn, Il to everyone. Best company I have ever worked with. I am extremely happy with everything. She is the best store manager for this store. The store was very clean and very neat. I never ever felt like we needed to leave. She stayed and helped us numerous times with all our questions for as long as we needed. Thank -you.
