Just got our mattress, coconut pillows and mattress cover 2 days ago. Kenny was very helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable explained in detail every mattress. We went with the best choice for us but especially me. I have neck and back issues so we were more focused on that. So far getting use to as this is a firmer mattress and great thing is with Mattress Firm you have 30 days to try out if not comfortable or happy then we can exchange upto two times that is an awesome deal. We are hoping this will be the one. We had a great experience from walking in to leaving. Thank you Kenny you truly made our decision not too complicated. Referred my daughter as well. :)

My wife and I went Mattress shopping this morning and have to say it went great! I did not know anything about buying a new mattress and what to look for. A good night sleep was what we were looking for and I am sure we all know the benefits of sleep. My poor mattress at home was over 10 years old and ready to be replaced. Ricardo at the Hallandale Beach Mattresss Firm took care of everything. He explained the different types of mattresses that were available without pressuring us into buying something we did not need. We were able to get a great deal on the perfect mattress for us. Thank you Sir!!

Great experience, quick and excellent service. Ricardo met me at the door as I walked in, smiled and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He wasn't bothered by kid running and jumping around. ! 😊
