They sold us an overpriced nothing special mattress for $1400.00, and 5 months later the mattress is sagging badly. If I were overweight and obese well i can understand but thats not the case. So I filed a warranty claim and 1 month later no response, in fact every time i called no response it re routes you to nowhere. So lesson learned - SERIOUSLY do yourself a favor and avoid this place its way too overpriced and the warranty claim is false. Don't waste your money - go to a place like costco or sams that will warranty your mattress forever with no questions asked - buyer beware go somewhere else!!!

My wife and I had been comparing mattresses for several weeks when we decided to stop by Mattress Firm. Our salesman, Mike, was super helpful, guiding us toward a mattress my wife and I both liked -- and one that fit within our budget. Delivery was a breeze too: the driver called beforehand and showed up when he said he would. I will definitely be buying our next mattress (for the Guest Room) from Mattress Firm as well.

Bill is awesome! He hooked my wife and I (newly wed) up with a new mattress and it's great! He wasn't pushy, and made us feel comfortable. We got a queen bed and he helped us carry it to the uhaul. Great place! Thank you Bill!!

Sold me a mattress for more than the online price, and told me the whole time it was "the best price they could give" that's piss poor in my eyes

Stop shopping for the perfect mattress! Go directly to Mike and his team at Mattress Firm in Idaho Falls. I went online one night after another sleepless night from an outdated uncomfortable bed. Mattress Firm has 24 hour online information so I thought I would give it a try. I found some god choices so I went to the store the next day and walked out with a great deal on the perfect bed. Mike did not only sale me a bed he asked me how I felt after waking up and how I slept, he made me try out a few to decide what firmness best fit my style. Buying a bed is not like buying groceries or even a car it takes information to give you the perfect sleep. I will never buy a bed from anyone else ever. Mike is now my go to guy for the most important purchase you can make, a bed to improve your life with the best sleep ever!!! Thanks Mike.
