I've had such a great experience with this store. The people are really genuine and aim to help you out. The 2016 management was horrible. 2017s management was amazing. Going forward into 2018 I look forward to T-Mobile and its' service. VERY SATISFIED!

NATHAN was awesome with his customer service . He also has been true to his word so far. Very happy with the customer  service I will continue going there as long as they stay true to there word and have good customer  service  and recommend others to go there. Don't go to this TMobile if you can help it at all. Went there to upgrade phones. Long story short, the manager here is terrible. Completely lied saying that I had to have the insurance on the phone to get the phone. I called customer support that flat out said that you didn't. The problem was he had already signed me up for it. The cherry on top is that they didn't even put it under the correct line. They will straight up lie to you here.

Do not work with the manager named Trevor. He lies about everything to get a sale. And now I have needed to cancel my account because of his lies, and I am stuck with a hefty bill. And they don't even offer payment plans.
