Yesterday, I went shopping here for a mattress and left with much more. Not only did I get the mattress I needed, I left very impressed with the overall sales experience from start to finish. 

Never at any point did I feel pressured or obligated to make a purchase. The salesman was very straightforward and resourceful. He ensured the mattress was in stock, arranged for a very convenient delivery, and even went the extra mile ensuring the delivery was made within the set timeframe. 

All in all, I will be returning for any mattresses I may need down the road and plan to recommend them to anyone that may be in the market for a new mattress. 

Thanks for a world class shopping experience and I look forward to doing business with y'all in the future.

From the moment we walked through the doors at Mattress Firm we knew we were in the right store. We were welcomed by their friendly staff and they walked throughout the store helping us find the best mattresses for our achy backs. I have to say the staff in the Jonesboro location are very knowledgeable and professional. The store was very clean and neat.
