Rep: pretty much cold stone hard if you ask for low end products, guess not much commission for him to earn Store: big but lots super expensive stuff, waste of space imo Return policy: they call it 'love your mattress' , but I call it 'LOVE your mattress, otherwise you are SCREWED!' ---- return or exchange cost 85 dollars.... Really? Never again. Last time shop here for sure. The other one got a good rep though, one star added just for him, noted, not the one in this building....

Had a very bad experience we ordered 2 mattresses 1 King 1 full. They was supposed to be delivered between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. my wife had an appointment to be at by 4 p.m. no call from Sleepy's or the delivery team so my wife called at 3:02 p.m. . At that time she was told that the delivery truck would be about 40 minutes late. At 3:45 the delivery men finally showed up they were very nice, they told me that they called the office approximately 12:30 p.m. to notify them that they wouldn't be able to make my appointment on time at 3 o'clock. I have cold the delivery team and the store that I purchased the mattresses from asking to speak to a manager and for two days have not received a call back. I would not recommend Sleepy's as a company to buy mattresses from. I was told by the delivery team member at 1-800 Sleepys that they cannot guarantee a delivery time so why have a 4 hour window and have people wait. So sleepy I'm still waiting by the phone hopefully one day you will call I will never spend another dollar here.

I found the level of customer service at this store to be one of the worst I have ever seen. I purchased a $3,500 mattress but I wanted to return the $200 mattress pad. I was 10 days past the return period and they would not accommodate me. They are willing to lose a customer - that would have purchased a $5000 mattress next year - over a $200 mattress pad. I will sleep on the floor before I purchase another item from Sleepy's. In addition, I will be sure to tell all my friends and family NOT to buy anything at Sleepys.
