We spent probably 3 happy hours there trying to find just the right fit. Chase the store and regional manager did everything to help us find the perfect mattress. Super nice guy, very accomodating and helpful. No annoying salesman tactics, just an honest desire to help us find the perfect bed! Highly recommend this place!

We decided to go mattress shopping 10 days ago or so. We stopped into Mattress Firm on Harvey St in Muskegon and spoke with Chase, He was very knowledgable. We did try a few out and went elsewhere. We decided to come back as we loved the bed AND the fact we could try it out for 4 months and still bring it back if it didn't work for us! I was amazed at that. WE LOVE our new mattress and box spring Chase sold us and we are both sleeping SO much better with better support at night. We had no idea how much we were missing out on! Thank you, Chase and Mattress FIrm for your knowledge, service and "support!"

Alex was super helpful finding me the right mattress. He didn't just try to make the sale. He was very helpful even with my kids running around the store. Appreciate the patience you had with the little ones! Would definitely come back to do business with Alex again.

We had the most wonderful experience at the Muskegon store. Chase Barbrick was AMAZING. We went to few different stores to purchase or mattress. But we came back to see Chase. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable, and had us so excited to buy our mattress.
 We could tell that his number one goal was to see that we were happy. We were then and still are now. We have already began to recommend people to go see him. I know that if we need anything or have questions that we will go back to see him. I hope he gets a promotion. He deserves it.
 Again we were at the Muskegon store 5411 Harvey St, Norton Shores Mi.49444.
Than You Chase Barbrick. You’re the best ever. No pressure just a great salesman that cares!
