Me and my family came in today to look around and the young gentlemen Antonio came to assist us. He was very polite and answers all questions we had in professional manor. Now were leaving with the mattress we were looking for with a great price to match. Antonio made the whole sales process enjoyable , easy , and price managble. If you are looking for a new bed Mattress Firm is the place to go and make sure you ask for Antonio.

Manager here did a great job working with me. She showed me all the different types of beds and explained what the differences was. Very helpful. Great experience!

Hannah was awesome and super helpful! Very knowledgeable about the store products and made sure we left with exactly what we wanted! I would definitely recommend the rookwood mattress firm. Their Customer Service cant be beat

I absolutely LOVE this place. I HIGHLY recommend them. I love my mattress and the service is splendid! They worked with me and handled everything that needed to be done!

The Sales Manager here was very helpful. I am a very picky person and not great at deciding on what i want but the salesperson here was willing to take the time with me and was really knowledgeable on the products to help me make an informed and proper decision. I really appreciated them spending the time with me and would recommend this store to anyone!
