I went here just to get some color copies, so I went to the copy center which had no customers and one person managing the area. I wasn't acknowledged and said I need to make some color copies. She said I needed to e-mail them first. I pointed to the computers and asked if I could use them to print. After she acknowledged this, I logged into the $0.30/minute computer and saw that color copies were $1/page. I asked if there was a cheaper way since I needed over 100 pages, but she vanished by that time. The only good thing I can say about this store is that they have useful goods on the shelves that you can purchase without experiencing their absurd customer service.

Must improve 100% customer orientation skills in employees and management. They overprice with a lot of condescension and speak down to older people. Only two employees are well trained the rest are a challenge to interact with. There are other businesses that you should try before having a funny experience at this store. You would get a better product for half of price. Please don't give them more than two opportunities. You are wasting your time and resources. Go to Fedex in Hyde park not Staple.

I wanted to buy a tablet. Never had one before - didn't even know how to turn it on. I called the store and asked - if I bought this - could somebody show me how to operate it? The representative said they were short-handed right then but if I could wait two hours before I came in, he would walk me through it. And he did. Sold me a cheaper model - he saw I didn't need any extras. Nice guy - good at explaining - didn't try unload the pricey stuff.

Employees are helpful, polite and took the time to assist us with picking out a desk chair that fit my build, ergonomics & assembly was provided. Easy.
