My husband and I purchased a mattress that we ended up exchanging for a different one (The quality of the first one was great. It was just a little too soft for his comfort preference.) The folks at Mattress Firm went above and beyond to help us exchange our mattresses in a smooth and timely manner. Their excellent customer service in this situation made us customers for life!

Great salesperson Colin but poor service from manager when product was not delivered. Received NO help from him tracking order and finding out delivery problem.Waited from 3pm til 9 pm and called him several times and each time same response ---".It's on truck lady and it will be there today. I have no control of the product delivery""Have blessed day" Never came and called next day and could deliver 2 days later while I was at work . Asked for full refund and bought elsewhere.

My mom and I went to Mattress Firm to purchase a mattress and box spring for me. We were drawn in by the sale they were advertising on television. Our salesman Colon was awesome. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave us great advise on how to protect the mattress from stains, since he stated the warranty doesn't cover stains. Needless to say, we ended up purchasing a mattress, box spring, and mattress protector. He discounted all of our merchandise!!! Thank you again Colon for your awesome customer service!!!! It's good to know you can still encounter great customer service!!!!!

I went in with high hopes but came out with crushed dreams! Went in looking to buy a mattress at the Smithfield, NC location beside McDonalds for you who know the area. The initial sales person was very nice I waited for an hour for the sales person to finish with someone else which I was fine with but then the manager came in a African American gentlemen if you should call him that. He was rude to me and my elderly dad from the start. He talked down to me as if I were stupid insulted me called a cheapskate and would not work with me on a deal to save his life. So as me and my dad walked out of the store the sales person who was nice before shouts out you been here an hour you ought to by something now. I was like really an hour you caused. Happy to say we went to another store within 20min I came home with a new mattress with money to spear! So if your looking for customer service you will not find it there.
