My husband and I wanted a new mattress, tired of waking up with back and neck pain, so after much research decided on the Tula from mattress firm, went in on Saturday, February 24, 2018 and were met at the door by Jai Jackson, who turned out to be a wonderful salesman to work with, no pressure, listened to our wants, showed us everything, and we made our purchase and decided to drive to Garner warehouse to pick up, got home, wrong bedframe, however called Jai, he apologized for the mistake, had us a different frame to pick up after church on Sunday at no extra charge, even had at his store so we didn't have to drive back to Garner, told us to try it out since it was a different frame and just let him know if we want to keep it, and did I say, @no extra charge to us," he had already given us a great discount on Saturday, all in all, he fixed the small hiccup and not only are we pleased thus far with our new bed but I think we have a new friend and I would highly recommend this store, Jai and his fellow employees...... Thank you Jai for being honest and a man of your word, not merely a salesman trying to make a sale....

I came to buy twin mattress & box spring.  HOLY @#$% COLLIN is awesome salesman.  I advise to ask for him. THE BEST SALESMAN!!!!!!

We came in just to shop around but we were treated so good and got the deal of a lifetime with Jai Jackson that we couldn't say no. Recommend all day everyday!!!

Jai Jackson is the best salesman of any store I have ever delt with. He worked extremely hard to get us the deal we could afford and be satisfied with. He addressed every question and concern and was very understanding of what we needed. I would recommend anyone I know to visit this store and ask for Jai.
