MY FRIEND, LINDA, NEEDED TO PURCHASE A MATTRESS FOR HER SON SO WE STOPPED IN MATTRESS FIRM TO CHECK OUT PRICES. A SALESMAN GREETED US AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN AND MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. WE ASKED HIS NAME AND HIS REPLY WAS , ANDRE'..... ANDRE' FOUND HER A MATTRESS IN THE PRICE RANGE SHE WAS LIMITED TO AND EVEN WORKED OUT ARRANGEMENTS FOR US TO GET THE MATTRESS AT THE TIME THAT WORKED FOR HER.... I AS A BYSTANDER AND WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH ANDRE' I HAD TO SIT DOWN AN FORMALLY EXPRESS OUR JOY OVER THE EXPERIENCE.. KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL JOB ANDRE' SINCERELY, SALLIE ( LINDA'S FRIEND )

Wonderful experience, and I will definitely go back to this location when I need a new mattress. Andrew was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and made the purchasing process very easy. He even remembered me by name a few days later when I entered the store to add to my first purchase. The delivery of my items went just as smoothly, too. They came within the scheduled time and called me 15 minutes beforehand to give me a heads up. Nothing got dinged or scratched during the process - very professional. Great service, no hassle and options for every budget. :)
