I just left this location and the Customer Service was Fantastic!  Olivia I’m assuming the manager is who helped me all while training an employee, she was the Best! I’ve always ordered online and this was my first experience in the store, but I will definitely be back!

So it’s 10:00 on Valentine’s Day and my order just arrived. It’s like 5 hours late but the young ladies that delivered my order were so energetic and so sweet omg. I know they’ve had a long day and I just wanted to tell them thank you for still having friendly faces. Great Job

Wrong order was shipped. Took 3 days to get a response. Was promised the correct items. They never showed up. The manager is never there so good luck talking to someone that can help. Stay far away from this location.

Great people! Great service!! The only thing that's make Edible Arrangements better is Cookie Butter lol! Seriously though I use them quarterly in both exchanges and out-right purchases and it's always delicious and they have the friendliest staff!!
