A week ago I ordered two twin mattresses for store pickup. Both mattresses we're at the store on my pickup date. Sales associate provided Courtesy service also provided assistance with the mattresses to my car. Shook my hand wish me happy holidays. I will shop again Mattress Firm Vauxhall location

Wonderful store and personnel. Purchased a mattress the other evening and the buying experience was a dream, no pun intended. We were able to try out every mattress and the store manager walked us through the good and bad of every mattress we considered. We left feeling better than we entered and we received a fair price also. Highly recommend you try the buying experience.

Purchased a $2000 mattress here and a $40 mattress cover which they suggested to buy and told me I can return it if I don't like it. When I tried to return it, the guy was extremely rude and told me that he doesn't care what their return policy says and what I was told when buying the mattress and refused to take the return. I wouldn't recommend buying from them - the high end mattresses are priced same everywhere anyway (sleepy's discounts and sales apply to the cheapest stuff only) but taking extra 5 minutes to drive to a different store would let you have a much better experience.

Don't buy Sleepy products they don't last long. The sales person in this store is also a fradulent person who wants to make a quick buck. We got a folding cot from the store and the design was faulty which we realized within a day of usage. The store person refused to take back the product and kept ranting about the Sleepy policy for exchange/refund that includes only mattress and not cots. We spent 200$ for the product and are never going to return to Sleepys again. Bad store, bad brand, bad products and bad employees/owners/managers/salesperson/customer service. Ikea have 90 day refund across products and are very helpful. I dont know how a store like Sleepy manages to survive in this competition.
