Very friendly, clean, and professional environment. Our sales associate Hector Delgado was very knowledgable, experienced, and really connected with us to find what we were looking for. He did not pressure us in anyway and was more than helpful. We saved over $200! Delivery went smoothly and even got a follow up phone call from Manager Kevin who was also very friendly. They are very friendly only to hide the non disclosure of the true cost when you sign up for the progressive leasing option. They only specify that if you pay it off within 90 days it would be interested free. They never disclosed that the $2099 would be over $4500! Not a single document provided to me that day disclosed the true cost. Kevin Mckale and Rafael Villegas were very dishonest and because of this I will not recommend to anyone to ever use this shady store. In fact I will be posting this review all over social media.

They were so nice and easy to deal with! I told the sale person what I wanted and he showed me a few and sale completed. Not pushy, and so pleasant I will tell all my friends to come to Mattress Firm

Great service and people in this location. Whole purchasing experience was very easy and seamless. And WE (me and my fiance) were matched with all we needed to battle my insomnia and his snoring.
