Find another Ups store because the Manager or the owner has no idea about the customer service. I will make sure your corporate knows that you kicked a customer out of a UPS store and you recorded it.

The past two times I've been here, I've had a horrible experiences. First, I attempted to send a fax internationally. I informed the staff member that the fax number was at the bottom of the page. After looking at it for two seconds, she told me she couldn't find it. After I pointed it out to her, she attempted to fax it. The fax rang indefinitely. She made six attempts, each time never receiving a printout from the fax machine saying the fax was or was not delivered. It rang on and on until she cancelled it. I waited fifteen minutes. Finally,  she told me "no one is answering." Really? Was she expecting someone to pick up on the other it. It was evident that she dialed the wrong number. When a fax is sent, either a confirmation page is printed or a page stating the fax could be delivered.

Recently I went in to make a color copy of my driver's license. The employee didn't check the size of the paper loaded to default, and printed out a large copy of my driver's license. He set it aside and made a copy of the appropriate size. He then told me he would dispose of the larger copy after I left. When he we finished the transaction, he asked if there was anything else. I told him I can dispose of the copy or I would like him to do it while I was present. He seemed adamant and responded "I'll do it later." I informed him that I would prefer if he did it in front of me. He accused me of being paranoid and invited me back behind the counter to the back room to view him shredding my driver's license.

So glad to hear they're under new management. I met the new owner today. While he is quiet, he is cordial and for my needs produced quality work. With the already lovely ladies that worked for the previous owner and a new gentleman that understands respect and customer service I am hoping to give them 5 stars eventually. As this is my first experience with him I am cautiously optimistic.

The UPS Store on Red Bug Lake Rd is under new ownership effective March 1st! Please come by and let us earn your business.  We accept all drop offs and there is no charge for tape.  Our associates will happily accept your drop off and you will be greeted by a smile and an extended hand (perhaps there will be a tape dispenser in it).
