My 90 year old aunt purchased a new mattress. She slept on it one night and found it to be very uncomfortable. She called and asked to exchange it for a softer one which was the exact same price. Mattress land charged her $150 . She is on a very limited income and just moved in to an assisted living facility. Mattress land brought her the new mattress and loaded the old one into their vehicle. Employees of the assisted-living facility watched them drive around the building and sell the returned mattress to another patient at the facility. What a class act. My aunt bought from them because she wanted to support a local business instead of a big box store. If you make a purchase from mattress land, you better like it. Because it will cost you to exchange it.

Bought 2 mattresses for my girls beds. Wanted 2 of the same so no arguing.... but Sold me 2 different types that were the most uncomfortable and more than expensive than sears, after delivery. Just get a good name brand from a big business like sears

My wife and I just bought a bunk bed for our kids. The price was very reasonable and it was a great experience . Amanda and Mike made it very easy and super fast.. Great atmosphere

Went in and told them needed a bed for my and my husbands bad back they did not try to get me something out of my price range and there great people to talk to thank u again matterss land
