I have been going to this store for over 10 years. I have never had a bad experience, a long wait, a rude salesman, a challenging return, etc.

Had my iPhone "fixed" here, just due to a cracked screen. The phone worked PERFECT prior to getting the screen fixed. They gave it back to me, and I wasn't even able to activate it because it didn't work within 12 hours of me having it. Brought it back, same thing happened. 3rd time they sent it out to Texas for "3-5 days" which turned into 14 days with no explanation at all as to why it took so long. Just got it back after 14 days and doesn't work within 5 hours of taking it home.

I came in to print a color poster. After being ignored by the salesman, The manager came over to help me, looked me up and down and told me 'they cant do that here'. I asked him why he couldn't print a poster if I emailed it and he handed me the contact info card and walked away; he never returned. I watched as the salesman that ignored me came up and helped the person behind me and then call another salesman over to help the other person behind me. After waiting ten minutes without being acknowledged, I walked behind the counter.

salesman: "can I help you". 
me: "Yeah, I emailed you a poster that I need printed"
salesman: "if its color, Its going to take a few hours"
me: "that's fine, I'm in no rush. Can you give me a call when it's ready"

I gave him my info and was told I'd hear something in two hours at the latest. After waiting five hours, I went in to find the salesman and manager had left for the day and the counter was being manned by what looked like a 15 year old girl. My order hadn't been started and was just left there. I explained what I wanted and she did it in under 30 seconds.

The manager that looks like Rob Reiner and the older salesman are completely inefficient.

We've visited repeatedly and have gotten great customer service with the copy and print folks.

ordered laptop on line. picked up at store and no one ofered to help setup

had 3rd party set up and for 2 days working great, 3rd day it went into a msg-computer unstable etc. could not restart after all options offered.
kept going back to unstable msg and try this. 1 restart,and finally choosing bad  option after exhasting all others . lost all,files ,emails etc..not a plus for HP unit.
Had enough and returned unit and got refund. However frustation,may have crossed off Staples and HP unit pavillion 17-1262nr notebook for me.
p.s. have had HP units last 35 yrs.  what went wrong?
