Horrible experience.  Previously purchased a mattress without issue, but after purchasing a King size Sealy bed, the day for delivery, the driver called said he didn't have the frame.  Earliest they could reschedule was 2 days later.   I requested an afternoon delivery and driver calls me at 10:30am saying they'd be there within 1 hour.   Also, he wanted to know about the 2nd bed.   What 2nd bed?   He was referring to the bed I ordered 2 months ago.  No customer service at all, will not make exceptions to deliver even when they made the mistake of not having the frame.   Will not purchase from them again.

Great experience, salesman Fred was very knowledgeable and polite and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend!
