I recently made a purchase in that store being extremely pleased, already knew of her by relatives who buy there and now I was able to make my own experience. The store has great prices and the best beds starting with Tempur Pedic and Estearns & Foster these second most favorite ones and to one of them I owed my purchase. Among other products. That without taking into account the attention I received from the seller Jordan Gentil if my memory does not fail. Who welcomed me with a cordial greeting and allowed me to observe the store without accusing me with hasty proposals. Not only did I bring to my house a new and better bed, but also details that I did not know when I chose to make my break something so important and what I spend half my life, sleep.

I had a great experience with mattress1one. I have a lot of back problems and was looking around for the best bed for me at a great price.I couldn't find any till I came to mattress1one and on top of that I went in and the sales man where great and directed me to the perfect bed for me. It has great prices and same fatty delivery.I highly recommend mattress1one.Thank you guys

I went to the store on Memorial Day weekend just to see if there was any sale. Just because a queen mattress was $299 we decided to buy it, since it seemed a great deal. We asked if the store could deliver to our new place a WEEK later, and the sales person, Alex, said it was fine. Ok, after a whole week we moved and got rid of the old mattress before moving Saturday morning, june 1st. On my way to the new house I called the store to check if the schedule was on time for the delivery in the afternoon. That's when I'm informed that the sale person did a mistake and they could not honor the sale. The sale for memorial day was 299 a piece if you bought the mattress and the spring box, which would be $600.
So they said I had to talk to the sales person to get my money back.
This mistake would be a little more acceptable if they didn't wait until I called hours before the delivery to ask about the mattress.
The conclusion: we had to rush to Ikea to get a mattress for a similar price and after a stressful week moving - which is stressful by itself already - we have been sleeping on an air mattress while waiting for the new one. That was such a lack of respect and I really regret that I ever referred somebody else to purchase at this store because of the good price.
The sale is so misleading that even the sales person fell for it. It's really not my fault who you guys hire, but in the end it really seems to be me who pays for it, not being able to sleep and rest well for days!
