The absolute worst customer service ever. Don’t order a package to be sent here. If you require human contact for help to a problem - you won’t find it here. Spent nearly 30 minutes standing at the empty Order Pickup line. Three other employees were working returns and none of them even acknowledged me, much less any of the other employees that were walking by. I understand being busy, but there’s never a reason to be so rude to a person. I live less than 10 minutes away and will go out of my way to the next closest so that I never have to return to this store again.

No outside plants AT ALL. Orchids were extremely expensive. Which was amazing because Milam's had BIG BEAUTIFUL AT LEAST TWO STALKS OF BLOOMING OR ABOUT TO BLOOM ORCHIDS FOR $9.99. People are nice so this rating is just for garden.

This is a great Home Depot but it has limited stocking you cannot count on them having all the normal stuff. Though the people there are excellent and they're always willing to help probably a better experience than some of the other full-size Home Depots

Came to this store in preparation for Hurricane Irma after trying 4 other locations and boy was I glad I did! They were the only Home Depot in town with decently stocked inventory. Also very impressed by their very helpful staff.
