They installed incorrect brake pads on my Ford escape... Took it back. They said they where correct pads. Hhmm the my are not supposed to wiggle around. Pads are supposed to fit in place tight. So the basically lied to my face. I bought new pads and put e. On nyself. Interstate how pads from auto zone fit proper without wiggling around in place. But brakes still made a very bad noise every time I used the brakes. Mavis had said this is normal Hhmm. Took a while to figure this out. I realized a few months later that the new roters I paid for at mavis that where supposedly installed where not new. they took my old ones that where warped, turned them to put a smooth edge on em and red stalled the old ones pocketing the more than $200 I paid for new roters and told me they where brand new ones. I since went to auto zone and bought new routers and installed them myself. Problem solved. Basically this garage stole the cost of two front rotors from me and insisted the brake pads tgey installed were correctcwhen they were notI This is very dangerous practice and the are lucky it did not lead to an accident or worse an accident ending in a tragic death of multiple persons cause of the con artist practice they run. I will never ever step foot in there again and hope nobody else ever does as well

Paid about $12-15 for a tire repair. I'm a pleased customer. :)

This place is a total rip off beware... They will take advantage of you, try to up sell you and lie to you kinda like a bad used care outlet. Do yourself a favor and not shop here...

Overcharged me, lied about the work I needed, then said I needed to drive around and come back before they could do some other work, just to come back after 8 days of checking in daily to be told they don't do that particular type of work. Ridiculous, never again.
