I liked this place when it was Somerset Tire and I still like it now that it's Mavis Tire. I always let them know exactly what my car concerns are and when they've evaluated the issue I like to stand under the car (if its not engine)with the mechanic and have it explained to me, learn my options - all before proceeding. They do that for me and that keeps me happy & coming back. They also put my old parts in the trunk. I've been ripped off by so many mechanics in my life ! Its nice to find honest ones that take the time to explain things !

This place is horrible ! Never again will I come back. Been here since 9am and it's 11pm and my vehicle as is no close to being done. Mind you I came in for only a Car  Expection ! I went inside to check the status of m vehicle and the lady who works here gave me some lame excuse on why my vehicle is not ready. Well maybe if you didn't bring your kid who was yelling, crying and moving around to work then you would have known I was here since 9am for a simple car expection ! Also I never knew you could bring your baby who is not even a year old, to the  garage when cars are lifted up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no idea why I was faced so much disrespect. Either way there are 100 other tire places in the Pocono area to give your money to. I would not recommend this place for a quality experience.

So not take your car here.   They tried to take advantage of my son.  These people need to be shut down.   Tried to get pay son to pay a 600.00 bill, which the parts were only 85.00....  515.00 in labor to so rear brakes.  I has the car fixed at a local garage for 265.00....

I'm really not happy with the work ethic from this shop. One of the employee's has a baby in the shop. 4 guys are on the clock.... 2 guys are working.... none!
