I've been dealing with them for many years. Always attentive and extremely helpful. I much prefer them to the larger hardware stores.

The staff is always accommodating and courteous they order me products not on the shelf and call when it's in. My husband and I always shop there. Nothing like shopping local and not dealing with crowds and ignorant staff at Home Depot or Lowes which always ends up a headache. I don't have 2 hours to waste on line or waiting for someone to come and steer me wrong because they have no clue what the heck they are talking about. Tim is a great guy, treats my family well. We are forever customers!!!!!!

One of the owners, Tim, was nice enough when I was laying out $1400 for several Stihl products. When I had a problem with one of the products, the tech wasn't knowledgeable, misinformed me, and the owner(s) just had him try to give it back to me saying it wasn't broken. I demanded a replacement. I spoke with a Stihl customer service rep and he said they were wrong in their assessment and behavior. It took them over a week to replace the item and no one called me to pick it up. When I finally saw Tim, he just smirked when I tried to explain what went wrong and wouldn't even look me in the eye. They obviously don't care about their customers. The hardware they sell is over-priced (you're better off at Lowes up the block) and the Stihl service they offer is amateurish. I'll be going to Cramers for all my future Stihl needs. The problem with this area is that everything is remote. They succeed purely by location. That in time, will change.
