No proper response from Rep guy RAY. The only thing I can really say about this place is just how negative of an experience.  I called them 3 times, and all 3 times was so incredibly rude.  Very short with me, when he mis-spoke, raised his voice at me like I had done something wrong. So buyer beware; you may leave with the part you wanted, but there's a good chance you'll be in a worse mood than when you call. I don''t want to give even a single star.

Safety is better than precautions. This line was written for these guys i guess. Pain in the wrong place, I placed an order with (Vizal) on phone. He asked me to call tomo for the tracking info & when i call back this guy Ray who says I'm not a genuine company he himself sounds like a fake fart & he says he don't wanna do business with us, said he is a manager. But he is bullying me. Its not about doing business but not wasting each others time. Total waste of time. Dick Heads. I wont even give one point to them but i had to, if not it wont allow it update my complaint review.

I'm Mexican and they did the same thing to me! I bought a transmission that didn't even work!!! and they still haven't given me my money back!!! it's been over a year!
They're assholes especially RAY!!!!

my wife was in a bumper to bumper accident in which I needed a specific part of the interior side panel. I called max auto and asked if they had the vehicle and if they could cut out a specific spot for me...they had no problem cutting it out, it took less than 15 minutes...I payed with a check and they were really nice to me...I notice some people said they are racist but im white and they treated me fine.... not very talkative but im not there to conversate....max auto salvage treated me great,

My Partner Frank needed a tail light assembly for his 89 Honda Civic.   After several tries thru a repair shop in Atascadero, he was referred to Max and called.  Ray said he was sure he had the part in good condition.  So we drove down with a day's warning and sure enough Ray had the part and quoted the price and the cost of them installing it in the car. The price was fair and It worked fine.  No animosity at all from Ray or the guy who installed it.  No feeling at all of any racial problems since we were white.  Everything was very business like and done without wasting time.  I looked in awe at the huge forklift picking up a junker and bringing it to a shop, and stayed out of its way.  Our visit was in June, 2015
