Why this store still in business, this man is drunk and doesn't know anything about shoes or shoe repair....he disrespects the elderly and  worst of all my mom..trying to confused her. This is just part one....I will make sure this man goes out of business. He messed with the wrong one, he clearly doesnt know who I work for. Sad just sad

This is a husband and wife team and I'm giving them a low rating because they seem to be sarcastic or have an attitude of some sort I haven't been to them before this date in a long time because of that but there was no other shoe repair at this time so I went into them but even a year later they still seem to have attitudes I don't know

Absolutely rude and disrespctful! Does not know how to talk to customers, especially women and elderly.
Walked in and heard him talking to an ederly lady about sole repair.
Just kept brushing her off as if she is a nuisance, shrugging his shoulders and frowning his face.
She left disappointed.
Next I asked him if he can do a mirror shine on my brand new boots that already had a regular shine...
Same facial expression, and tells me he don't do that and maybe if I show him, he might learn.
Vioila, I pull up a pic on my phone of my mirror shine that I previously did and he says he know, but he don't have time and DOESN'T WANT TO DO IT!!
The next few minutes was words flying back and forth about me telling him about his attitude and he telling me he doesn't care about my money or my problem, and this is his businessplace and he doesn't need me.
I urged the other three ladies there to reconsider where they spend their money.
