Olivia rocks my 'do. Such a great salon!

Would not recommend. Booked an appointment online and when I got there was told I didn't book enough time.  I picked color, highlight and cut, which is what I needed. Highly disappointed.  Then when I called Charles Penzone afterwards they just said sorry that happened, I shouldn't have booked online and their salons were all booked.
