This pharmacy is a pleasant surprise.  It has a lot of things not to be expected.  Yes, it is a pharmacy.  But I had to pick up a prescription and was a amazed to pay $30.00 when I paid $80.00 for the same medication at CVS! It has cards, It has non - prescription drugs.  The women and pharmacist are very helpful.  And... it actually has a full post office inside.  I felt like I had almost stepped back in time.  This place is really a hidden gem in Sherman Oaks.

Excellent pharmacy.. Quick service and a friendly staff.. If you need a script filled and if the location is convenient for you then this is the pharmacy to go to.

We have patronized this pharmacy for quite some time now, and I hate to give them a one star, but I have no choice because we have had it dealing with the nastiest, rudest, unfriendliest front desk staff ever!!!  You could stand there for literally twenty minutes, and they won't even give you an eye contact as if you are just a piece of garbage the cat dragged in as the other reviewer said.  I totally agree with that review.  We are taking our business else where to another pharmacy where we get treated with kindness and respect.  The only nice person at this pharmacy is the lady who runs the perfume cosmetics department.

This pharmacy is usually really quick which is why I like coming here. I used to be over at CVS and the line is crazy there. Nice pharmacists as well..

I have never had so much issue with a Pharmacy in my whole life. It takes forever to get my prescription. The hours of operation is not at all convenient. I thought I would get more personal, friendly service.

The front girl, person that answers the phone is very RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. I said "Good Morning" twice and all she said is " what can I do for you, I have long line".

 She would never be able to work at a 5 Star hotel with her personality. They need to get rid of her!!!!!!!!!
