Terrible store. Employees don't smile when you smile and say hi. Always out of particular products I like. Once had to use the restroom, saw that it had a code, ugh. Had to go all the way up front to get the code. Went into the private stall and there was poop all over the walls and blood on the floor! Went into the multiple stall bathroom and no hand towels, no soap and it was filthy as well. Bums are everywhere around this store and they don't obviously care about hygiene for their customers. Disgusting, never coming back.

Best Ralphs in SoCal!  Best selections are a given -- it's their AAA+ Customer Service that makes them special.  Preston in the Seafood dept is always friendly & helpful.  Michelle at the Customer Service front counter was very efficient when I needed help with my lost Ralphs Rewards card.  And today, Roxy in the Floral dept went out of her way to help me pick out get-well flowers for my Aunt!  Kudos to all the friendly helpful workers & Management at this Ralphs!!!  👍👍👍

Great store. Always clean. Super friendly staff. Always has everything I want and need. Absolutely no complaints. Even the people that go to the store are friendlier than most places.

Brand spanking new flagship Ralphs where you can find absolutely everything you could possibly need. Located just on Ventura Boulevard, it's the easiest place to shop if you live in neighborhood.

This is my favorite Ralphs especially because it has a big kosher section I love the roasted chicken especially and all the goodies that are marked kosher
