Great store with a great selection of beautiful Area rugs.

My husband and I purchased two custom light switch plates on August 14, 2015.  Several weeks passed, and we had not received them, so I emailed the store.  Its representative relayed that, because the light switch plates were to be custom and ship from Canada, they would take four weeks to arrive.  After six weeks having passed, I contacted the store again.  Its representative apologized for the delay and promised that our purchase would ship out within a week.  It is now three days short of nine weeks having passed since our credit card was charged.  We have neither light switch plates nor a tracking number confirming that they were shipped.  

Update - Shop has provided a tracking number.
