We had city workers knocking at our door because water from our home was gushing into the sewer system. Maxwell White immediately sent someone out to diagnose the problem and found that there was a leak in our water line that was gushing into the sewer system. Our plumber Tim immediately got on the phone to their office and cleared their schedule for the next morning and then scheduled an excavator to dig the hole. They showed up the next morning and had us all fixed up before noon. And, the bill was hundreds less than the estimate!

We've used Maxwell White a couple of times now. They always show up on time and get the job done quickly and to our satisfaction. Imagine - A contractor that actually shows up when they say they're going to and does the job right?!?!

We will be recommending Maxwell White to anyone looking for a plumber.

Our water heater broke, we needed a new one asap!  I'm not one to shop around, but wanted to make sure I was going with the right business for me.  I wanted to know how soon some one could come out, what kind of warranty they offer and how much. A few different people suggested Maxwell White & "Company X" so i called on both to see who was the best match for me.
Maxwell White (with a very nice secretary) told me they could be out that afternoon - "Company X" said they might be able to do it tomorrow.  With the warranty both companies were the same.  For cost Maxwell White quoted me hundreds of dollars less then "Company X"!!  
Maxwell White's fast turn around and less expensive price won me over.  I was not able to be home to let Plumber in so I left it unlocked for him.  I got home to see my nice new water heater working away and by my surprise not a single sign that the Plumber tracked thought.  I love a nice clean job!
I just got the bill in the mail today and they billed exactly as quoted, which should be expected but is usually not the case.
Thank you Maxwell White for your polite, prompt, clean and reasonable service!  You are now our plumbers to call on and refer people to!
