Called and spoke with Tom about a water pressure issue. Tom took my phone number and address and told me someone would be out the next afternoon and that they would call and let me know they were on their way. 

No one showed up or called the next day, or even the day after that. So, thanks for that. Very helpful!

Horrible company, rude staff  They don't follow through with call backs and perform services that are not requested.  Blame it on "notes taken or not taken"  Poor communication & customer service.

I had a problem with our kitchen sink.  Travis came even sooner than what the estimated time was that he was to arrive.  He did an excellent job and had us up and running in no time!  Thank you very much for your kind, prompt and quality work!  Keeping your number for our future needs!

It took them almost a month to do my well and septic test. When test finally came back the lead test came back way too high for the mortgage company to accept   came back at 16.5. Had to re  do the test myself, taking it to the lab  came back  2.1    Cost me extra  $45 for test 
Had to change closing date  cost me  $70
Extra tax.   Asked for a partial refund 
Girl in front desk has bad communication 
With Tom in the back building.  May drive back over there again as they don't get back to me
