The flower arrangements are nice, but the individuals running the front desk need an in service training. My husband & I have both ordered flowers in the past, for different occasions, and they were never delivered. Their website is off and on, whether it processes the orders or not. Prices are more expensive on their website also.

Last week I purchased flowers over the phone and specified the amount I wanted to spend, and then I was charged $8+ more. I understand that there is a shipping fee, which I feel is a little too pricey for our small town, but I specifically said I did not want to spend anymore then the amount I stated.

I only go here, because its a last minute purchase usually, otherwise I just get flowers from Walmart.

My family and I were traveling from Kansas to attend my great-grandmother's funeral in Wheatland.  We decided to stop here while on the way, and get some flowers for the service.  The fresh flowers available looked wonderful even before being beautifully arranged in a vase.  My 2 year old daughter had an amazing experience while shopping and waiting on the arrangement to be made, a staff member gave her a yellow rose at no cost!! 

The custom arrangement came at a reasonable price.  To my surprise, I found a large size TY beanie baby Hello Kitty and large stuffed Minnie Mouse ball marked at prices much lower than I expected.  My family and I were not only impressed with the selection available, but the interaction with all of the staff felt personable and extremely friendly!  If the opportunity were to ever rise again, we would definitely stop by May's again!

Order was good... no problem there BUT since I work for a company and this was a company purchase on a credit card, THEY CHARGED ME $2.00 for postage and handling !!!!!!   Really??!!??!!??   I will never use them again and I should have cancelled and went elsewhere but it was for a funeral.  The excuse I got was they are in a "small" town.... hahahaha
