Very professional with delivery updates and even a call for direction when the customer was not home - amazing.  The quality, longevity and unique nature of the arrangements exceeds the incredible photos on the website as well.  I have also  received much more value in relation to cost of the items I have ordered.  The recipients of these gifts are impressed and have used Mayfield several times for floral gifts to their friends.  Very much a WIN-WIN situation for me and for my friends/family.

Never visited, only talked on the phone. Yet even still, the customer service is great and even when I kept changing what I wanted they never got frustrated with me. They just calmly kept helping me figure everything out. The prices are actually pretty good for a flower shop! Loved their service. The flowers looked great and everyone was pleased with everything there! Highly recommend it!

When I spoke on the phone with the florist at Mayfield, prior to ordering, I was impressed by the personal attention and detail he gave my order. My positive impression has remained. My mother called her neighbor to take pictures of the gorgeous birthday bouquet I ordered for her so I could see why she loved it so much! The flower arrangement was as stunning as promised.

Mayfield Florist is by far my most favorite florist.  They are professional, provide great service, and have the BEST value for the money spent.  If I could put Mayfield in every city and town that I send flowers to, I would.  This arrangement was only $65.  Its beautiful.  Thank you!  You'll always have my business

1/12/18:  5 STARS AGAIN! 
 Owen & the Mayfield staff did NOT disappoint! The recipient and I are beyond delighted with this arrangement. The best part? I called Owen, told him my price point, the reason, and general idea of colors / flowers, and this beautiful arrangement is what was delivered - gorgeous! Mayfield's flowers last for such a long time too...worth every reasonable cent!  I'll NEVER order flowers from another shop!

Ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday. I live 3000 miles away and had to order from a place l found online. I am very pleased and will use them again
