Lena's Flowers made amazing flower arrangements and center pieces for our big day. We decided to go with Lena's Flowers because they are affiliated with 12 West Main (please see other review for the venue) and they had a great bridal party floral package. It made everything convenient to get the flower arrangements through a company who has worked with 12 west main since the very beginning. We had met with Lena at one of 12 West's open night and she was a joy to talk with. You can tell that she knows what she is doing and is very talented at it. She knows her flowers inside and out and how to arrange them to make them look perfect. We also stopped by their store to talk about the floral arrangements for the wedding and even though she did not have exact pictures of what the flowers will look like, she took what my husband and I were imagining and made it into reality at our wedding. We did not know how to describe what we were thinking and we just conveyed that sunflowers and roses are significant to both of us and she added in her two cents and gave great suggestions. We were a bit worried about how the flowers would turn out and how the chuppah florals would look because we did not see any pictures but when they arrived on our special day, we were both floored about how amazing they looked! I could not have asked for a better floral arrangement! Everyone was impressed and I wish I could have preserved the bouquets! The center pieces were just perfect and not overdone either. Everything was just right! Lena's Flowers is very professional and efficient. They know what they are doing and will get the job done. Their prices are reasonable as well. If I had to hire anyone for floral arrangements for another event, I would not hesitate to use Lena's Flowers again. Thank you again for making our big day amazing!

Don't waste your money. I received flowers from Lena's from my boyfriend for our first anniversary and the fact that I am the one making the review should say something. My order didn't get to me until 4pm that day, meaning I had to sit around my place to wait for its' arrival. When I received it I noticed so many holes and gaps within the "arrangement", if you want to even call it that. It looked like someone just shoved flowers in a vase in no particular way. Standard or not he still paid almost $70 for the flowers that consisted of mostly carnations and daisies. It had a total of 3 roses in it and 3 lillies.. SO DISAPPOINTING! To top it off when I opened the card, I found a hand written note (not his hand writing) that I could barely read. Why would you replicate and hand write a love note in terrible handwriting???? That's something I could have kept as a memorable keep sake but why would I want to keep something I can't read? I called and made a complaint and they had excuses for everything. Your customer is not satisfied! Do something about it. My suggestion? Go to a professional florist. This is not one.

My husband had flowers delivered to me from here, and we were extremely disappointed. For $50 my bouquet has 3 carnations, 4 small daisies, and one other flower. It is completely bare in the back and the entire bouquet is mostly greenery. They lasted from Tuesday-Friday, and are dying. Carnations usually last for weeks, so they do not use fresh flowers. There are several amazing florists in Gilbert, so I would look elsewhere.

Lenas is AMAZING!!! They have beautiful flowers, great prices & everyone at the flower shop is so friendly. I definitely recommend going to Lena for any occasion you need flowers for!!
