I ordered a throttle cable and idle cable for my husband's harley through Motion Pro on 3/19. Motion Pro had this dealer fill the order. They made a Fedex label on 3/20 and never shipped the cables. On Monday 3/26, had to call Motion Pro. MC  Powersports sent an email around 6pm 3/26 stating my order was shipped and gave some excuse about a new employee "dropping the ball", that the issue was fixed, the items shipped, and that the tracking # should update.
3/28- Tracking never updated. Had to send email asking about the order. Was told that it would ship today. Had to call Motion Pro about this.
Clearly this dealer doesn't care or can not handle sending orders out. Got a new tracking number that -- you guessed it- doesn't even come up in the Fedex system. 
Thankfully Motion Pro is giving me a discount, but I hate that I have to look at buying these cables from china since it's clear that this business never intended to sent my order to me. It will now take another month to get these cables in from China. How is this company  is still in business, I do not understand.

5/8  Once again the owner is lying. I did not cancel my order - Motion Pro did and they shipped out the cables overnight from CA at their expense after this company was given 3 chances to ship the order but had lied to both me and Motion Pro. Motion Pro no longer uses this company to fill 
 their web orders. Never got the cables from MC Powersports as they never shipped out the cables.  Dishonest owner..

I'll only buy items from Chad at mc powersports. He has the best deals in town. All the other dealers don't come close to Chad's prices.

The absolute lowest price for the AlpineStars Atem one-piece racing suit! It was so low, my local retailer wouldn't price match it! After I ordered the suit, they changed shipping to USPS Signature Required, because I've had some packages stolen from my front porch. Great prices on EVERYTHING and great customer service! For all your motorcycle needs, I definitely recommend this place.

Poor customer service. Ordered a rear sprocket for my motorcycle through eBay. It said it would fit my motorcycle but when it came time to put it on I found out that it was the wrong one. Long story short, the return policy time frame expired but they said they would give me a discount on what I needed since they goofed. But they left me hanging over the weekend & I haven't heard back from them after exchanging several emails last week & waiting patiently until it was closing time to ask what was going on. They obviously don't know what they're doing. I sent them a detailed description of what I needed & what type of vehicle it was for. I'm sure they just didn't want to lose a few dollars which they could've made back easily since I was prepared to send back the flawless part they sent me by mistake. They threatened me with "legal action" all because I left this review which is now edited. I just wanted answers. This is a fine example of customer service at its worst!! Do yourself a favor and don't ever order anything from MC Powersports. The MC must stand for Mad & Crazy because that's how whoever I was emailing was acting. Childish at best!
