First time here at Mcalister's and my wife and I were not disappointed. The staff was kind courteous. The food portions were absolutely amazing for the price. Looking forward to our second visit. Well worth the hour and a half Drive from Kissimmee.

Big change. Shortly after they first opened I went there to get a pastrami sandwich.  I was totally disappointed in the amount of meat and ever since I stayed away. (I had owned my own very successful deli in CT). Recently I was pressured to join some friends there for lunch. Much to my surprise I had a great pastrami sandwich along with some potato salad. A generous amount of pastrami for the price.  I was very impressed and could only eat one half the sandwich.  I'm glad someone realized the portions were way off. I'm willing to pay high price for quality meat. I'm at least willing to go back and see what happens on visit #3. Perhaps more to follow.

The food at this location is really good but the customer service by Karen, the cashier for curbside or take out is horrible!!!😡😡 I thought the purpose of  calling ahead is to prevent the wait time but not the case here. Not only did she make drinks for the patrons dining in but as I waited, watching my order get cold but she went to make coffee. Finally I pay and she has the personality of a stray dog!! Karen was horrible!

Love McAlister's Deli and was so happy when one opened in Orlando! They have a great selection of deli items and the chicken salad is to die for! Also the tea is the best around! The staff is always so friendly and whenever I've had an issue (which is rare) they are so quick to resolve!

So much better than Panera!!

I’m from up north so I’m not new to McAlisters. I don’t drink tea but my wife loves it here. 

The food is great here and everyone is nice and friendly. It’s never packed but it should be.
