The food was good when we finally got it. They only had 4 people working, and they were filling online orders first. We were told it would be 25 minutes at least before we got our food. The food was good- I ordered veggie chili and got some other sort of veggie soup. It was mostly broth and had bits and pieces of veggies and lentils here and there. Maybe the bottom of the pot? Staff was really nice and food came out fast, but the bathroom was so disgusting I couldn’t even make myself wash my hands in there.

In the past they almost always got our order wrong. It's been much better lately, but not perfect. They've had the same menu for a long time and it's a solid go-to for us.

We've been to other McAlister's but none come close to being as good as this one. The staff is always friendly, it's always clean even at the busiest times and the food is always great!  My go to sandwich is the spicy turkey club and my husband likes the BLT minus the avocado. We've never had a bad one. Their salads are great too.  Other McAlister's in ritzier neighborhoods may have more snazzy stores, but they don't come close to having better food or being as friendly.  I can't recommend this McAlister's  enough.

Ms. Sharon W. is an amazing lady very friendly and kind. The staff was fast overall the service was amazing. hands down the best location I have been to in a while.

This location has the nicest staff! They are very gracious and make every effort to make sure the service is excellent. I mean this as a compliment because they even give Chick-fil-a a run for their money on service with a wonderful attitude. The food is good. My wife always gets French Dip and loves it. I tried the horseradish roast beef and cheese, which could have had more beef on it but that's my opinion anytime I order a sandwich with meat on it. The regular priced kids meals are the best priced in the city with an  under $3 and an under $4 option that includes drink and cookie. The other couple we ate with had huge salads and loved them. I walked out wondering why we don't eat there more often?  Oh yeah. They close at 9 and we walk in @ ~8:30 unaware of their closing time in 30min. They made a fresh batch of sweet tea and pulled out the lemonade from the cooler even though they had already started cleaning the dispenser and they did it with a smile and we didn't feel rushed at all. We did leave at 8:55 so we didn't keep them.  Thank ya'll, we'll be back!

Cashier wasn't knowledgeable of menu and had a hard time counting my change. Broccoli soup was watery and kids meal bread was hard...Food: 2/5

Incredibly slow, inaccurate service. Had a terrible experience last week with cold sandwiches that were supposed to be hot, plus missing ingredients from sandwiches. Came back to give them another chance after speaking with the manager who promised better results upon my next visit. I ordered 30 minutes ago and I still don't have my food, along with every other patron in this restaurant. Go somewhere else.

Service by Lee and Sharon Webb was superb. WOW. The follow through was that of a fine dining restaurant. The food was EXCELLENT.  GREAT JOB!!!

Have not eaten at this place in over 6 years. Had the vegan sammich no mayo and the veggie spud no rotel no cheese or sour cream. Both were good.
